June 10, 2020Voyager wool is a surprisingly great fabric. Definitely a suit to travel with, wear often, and feel good about. Reviews say this runs big, but I originally bought a size down and had to ship it back. I’d recommend buying your normal size. This suit won’t disappoint — go ahead and get the pants too.

New Go-To Suit!
May 5, 2020Been shopping J.Crew for year's and this is one of the better suits that I have purchased through them! Always skeptical to buy suits online, but this came out of the box ready to wear. I've used the Jacket as well by itself to dress up a pair of chinos or jeans... always receiving positive comments.

Tailoring Recommended - superb deal when on sale!
June 4, 2018This suit is the *best* out there for the price when on sale. Jacket and pants can be bought for ~$200 when on sale, which happens somewhat often. Definitely pick them up at that price. I am a 36 chest 29 waist, 5'5" @135lbs with proportionally wider shoulders and longer limbs compared other guys my size. The jacket around my torso and chest was maybe a little loose, if not perfect. I was able to sit, bend down, and tie my shoe without straining. It felt and looked great on my frame. The slim pants fit perfectly, 7" leg opening, straight taper. The sleeves and length of jacket was big on me however. The Short size is probably measured for someone 5'7" - 5'10". Tapered the sleeves from elbow down, and shortened them about 0.5". Shortened the length of the jacket by about 1" as well. With those alterations, the jacket is a perfect fit for me.
