Chambray one-pocket shirt

I bought this for our son for his casual wear. He loves J. Crew clothing. Purchased this shirt during a great sale! I cannot recommend J. Crew clothing highly enough.

Overall great fitting and comfortable shirt. My only complaint is I always have to go add the second button on the cuff to have it fit more snug around my wrist.

I expected more of the shirt. The chambray fabric was good, but the cheap looking buttons ruined it. I had them replaced with better quality white buttons.

I bought this shirt to wear outside of work. It's a great shirt to dress up or down. Very stylish!

Solid chambray that is close to the Japanese chambray from regular Crew (for much less = great value). Color leans to almost foamy. The cut is sort of in between classic and slim, which works pretty nicely -- but worth noting if you are expecting roomy. Unfortunately, as other reviewers mention, the shirt smells really really bad. I have had this happen with denim shirts before, from other brands, with the same nasty smell! Very difficult to rid, but doable.

I saw this shirt online and ordered it, simply because I just loved the color of the shirt in the picture they used. Unfortunately upon receiving the item, I was left very disappointed. The color, (medium blue chambray) which I ordered, is far lighter in shade than what is shown on the photo online. So much lighter that at first I thought that they had made a mistake and sent me the other color, (light wash chambray). I had to go online to double check the info of the shirt to see if it matched that of the item I had ordered and received. No error on their behalf. I have decided to send back this shirt, to get a refund.
