Lacked the polish I was looking for
April 6, 2022This bag was cute and even a bit larger than I expected (not a bad thing). However, the fabric was more dull than I expected from the photos. I was looking for something crisp with more of a polished look rather than a worn casual appearance so I returned it. That said, it did seem well made, sturdy and like it would wear well. Could probably even put in the wash. If you were going to fill this large bag full, you would probably want to swap the shoulder strap out with a wider one.

poor quality
October 12, 2021Used this bag two times and the zipper is already broken. Tried to return but customer service would not accept since it was past the return window. They suggested that I go and get the bag repaired at my own cost. Would expect more than 2 uses out of a bag before it is broken.
