Perfect, Classic Button Down!
May 30, 2026I bought this for work mainly but I love it so much that I wear it with jeans and sandals or flats as well. The fabric is a very nice quality and a good weight. It's held up well during the wash also. I purchased a size larger than normal for a slightly oversized fit but I do think this runs TTS. A classic for sure!

Love the more structured oxford cloth
April 24, 2026The oxford cloth really makes this shirt. I always have to size up to accommodate my bust (36D) and often that makes button up shirts look sloppy. With the stiffer oxford cloth I'm able to roll up the sleeves and tuck in the shirt and it still has some shape to it without pulling or gaping at the chest too much. I can also leave one additional button unbuttoned at the top but still feel covered because the cloth is weighty enough to not blow all about. There is enough space in the sleeves to be able to flex without feeling constricted too. I also like that it takes well to the iron and doesn't need ironing each wear. If I could change anything about it would be to provide more bust pleats or darts, but that's my beef with all retailers who sell women's button up shirts. Honestly, I'd buy a dozen more of these if I could. It compares well enough to my Brooks Brothers shirts.
