December 5, 2020I love jcrew’s jewelry for their style and quality. Sadly, I have to say this necklace was broken when I got it in the mail. The necklace looks very cheap. I was very disappointed when I received it.

January 9, 2020This necklace is cheap looking and feeling in real life. I can make it work for some outfits, but overall I was very disappointed in the quality of it. Not at all what I expect from J. Crew. I would like to purchase more items from the factory, but may not because of this experience.
