May 30, 2016These run a bit smaller than stated. It is not a good thing since they contain cotton and easily shrink. J Crew is not great at giving true fit on each item. I certainly hope this will improve.

So perfect I bought another pair
October 8, 2015First I bought these shorts in white and was so pleased with the fit, fabric, and quality, I promptly ordered another pair in navy. They launder well (I choose not to iron them, though some will want to) and I'm pleased to have them as part of my warm weather wardrobe.

Light Pond Color--SEE THRU
September 8, 2015I normally love my j crew factory chinos, but when I purchased these to wear to work on hot days, I expected them to be thick enough that I could actually wear them without seeing my underwear and legs through it. I'm extremely disappointed by the color. I bought these final sale which makes it even worse, I can't return them to get my money back. So pretty in pictures, not such a pretty picture on.

August 29, 2015The color is great, and I bought these to go with a top which didn't work out. They are slightly tight when new – I am 127lb and pear shape and buy size 6 – and being a lighter color you have to take more care with underwear so I reluctantly returned them. I have 3 similar J Crew shorts which I've been very happy with.
