The perfect party dress
December 30, 2015This dress is flattering and and fun and season-less. Wore it to a Christmas Party (accessorized appropriately) and will be able to wear it to weddings, too. I'm tall - 5'10 - and the length is fun but not too short (and JCrew dresses tend to be scandalously short on me). The blue is beautiful... and I bought the black, as well, because I love the dress so much!

Perfect Dress for Christening
December 21, 2015I ordered the blue lace dress for my son's christening. Loved that it had sleeves and that it was not short. The top was a little big but all dresses usually are on me. Nice blue color and quality.

December 12, 2015Compared to another red lace dress I bought elsewhere, this is on the younger-looking side; contrary to what another reviewer said, I'm not sure I'd pull this out when my 20th high school reunion comes around. I also agree a bit with the reviewer who said it looked kind of like a choir dress. Considering that this was on sale, I may go with this dress, but at its original price, I'd probably go with the other.

November 15, 2015Gorgeous dress! Perfect for my 20th High School reunion or any other dressy occasion (date night, wedding, theater). Good quality and beautiful blue color. Above the knees but not too short. Incredibly flattering on my post-six-babies curves; runs true to size.

October 23, 2015I think this dress, especially for the cost, is great! It seems to be made well (just got it) and it fits true to size. The red color is beautiful. I am a 6-8/M depending on the item, 5'7 and I got this in a 8 and it fits well (not too loose or tight, 6 would have been ify due to broad shoulders). The dress hits me 1-2 inches above my knee. Pretty much TTS, but if you are between sizes, I'd size up. It will be perfect for a wedding I am going to soon and for the holidays with tights and a cardigan. I can also see wearing this all year round if needed for another wedding or holiday. This dress is conservative and probably someone 'young' will think it is boring. However, it is age appropriate for anyone really, even over 40. This dress is never going to go out of style which makes this a wise purchase.
