Marnie sweater

Great casual style sweater, looked great with the cords I also purchased. I wore it with an oversize button down underneath and it was very stylish. Looked good without the layering as well. Now it's in the reject pile because the pilling was uncontrollable...after only 1 wear it started and just got worse with every wearing. I've been a very loyal customer but recently I've noticed a severe downgrade in quality. Very disappointed.

Sweater fits well and is stylish, but if you're ordering the "neon azalea" color, be aware that it's more neon than azalea. I gave ordering this a lot of thought since it cannot be returned, but the color (which looked lovely on my screen) is a little too bizarre and young for me!

I recently purchased the Marnie sweater in black in a size large. I am 5"7 and around 130 lbs and the large fits me perfectly. The sweater is thick (but not too bulky), comfortable (not itchy at all!), and really warm. I'm definitely thinking of purchasing it in other colors! The only thing I don't love is that it started pilling after just one wear but overall, I would recommend this sweater.

This sweater is warm, but needs special care when cleaning. Great for weekend.

This is the sweater I thought it would be a great basic. Much to my chagrin the sweater pilled while I was wearing it. when I lifted my arms it was all pilled underneath and down the sides, it looked awful. completely unexpected from something from J.Crew. I feel lately the stuff is not made very well. I would not recommend this to anybody it is not good quality and looks horrible after one wearing. A complete disappointment. not good J.Crew!!!
