Versatile and soft, perfect for warm weather
August 23, 2017I live in south Florida where our summers are very hot and humid. This dress is a lightweight, classic style that I have worn at least three times a week! I am 5'4" and weigh 120lbs. I purchased an xs which is my regular J Crew size. You should own this dress!

Love the fabric and fit for summer
August 13, 2017The shape of this is a little loose, which is great for the heat, but mostly I was struck by how super soft the fabric is. And I love the retro plaid. I think with leggings and a cardigan, it will work for early fall, too. Adorable.

Versatile and cute dress
August 11, 2017This pretty plaid dress is perfect with sneakers for chasing my toddler around the park. Lightweight cotton, but does not need a lining. It rides up a bit when I sit down, but that's bound to happen with a shift dress. I can jazz it up with a long necklace and a red lip, so it works for a fancy dinner as well as a picnic in the park. The fit is true to size, not as roomy as the usual J Crew fit. I bought the XS, I am 5'5", 120 lb.
