Floral lace peplum tank top

This top is cute and the fabric is nice but the style will only fit bodies with very small breasts and big stomachs. The bust is tight, the waist is enormous, and the waist hits me in the middle area of my ribs. The waist should be several inches lower and the waist needs about six inches removed. This was a final sale, so I'm stuck with it and the matching skirt I purchased, which was way too big in the waist and hips.

This is a really nice top and was perfect for holiday parties this year. I paired with the black velvet pants from Factory and the multi strand pearl necklace. I am 130 lbs / 5’4” / 36B. I generally wear a 4 or 6 when it comes to shirts but needed a size 8 for this one. The 6 was just a tad snug.
