Great party skirt
February 12, 2020I was excited to receive the skirt but was disappointed because it did not fit my waistline. Overall fit is good except the waist is too small. I used to get a 0 and fits me well but this is way too small. I wanted to return it but it says no return or exchange since this was on clearance.
