Cute hat for fall
October 4, 2023I purchased the camel color and am excited to wear it this fall. It's a great quality hat. I took off 1 star b/c the sizing chart is inaccurate for this item. I don't buy a lot of hats, so I measured my head and used the sizing chart they provided. Based on that, I bought a Med/Lg. It was ended up being huge! When I reached out to customer service, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the frustration and inconvenience this caused. Instead they doubled-down saying the sizing chart is not exact and is only intended to be used as a guideline. Just this once they said they would pay for me to return the item so I could order the correct size. I found this to be completely inappropriate. When a customer uses the resources you provide to inform their purchase, and it doesn't work out, you APOLOGIZE and make it right without making the customer feel like they should have known better. The hat is great, but as a first time customer, I'm now nervous to place another order.

September 7, 2023I love the different color options for this hat, which itself is well made. The velvety bow adds a classy touch. The only reason I returned this was because I knew I would personally get more use out of the headbands I've collected.
