Eyelet maxi dress

This dress is my favorite summer dress - it's light but structured and eternally flattering. I love the length as well - as a petite person (5'4") maxis can be tough to buy, but this one hits just above my ankles and looks great with wedges or flat sandals. The one thing to note is that it's essentially impossible to wear a bra with this dress - it's necessary to go without or use petals. It also runs a bit on the looser side, so consider sizing down if you're on the cusp. 5'4", 140, 28" waist, 34B, bought size S

I normally wear a size 10-12, so I ordered a large, it was big, ordered a smaller size.

I wish the skirt in the back hit closer to the waist like in the photo. It hits higher on me, which looks a bit renaissance fair or something. I also wish it was all linen, but it's fine. And wish it had pockets. It's not terribly see-through, is lined, and will be cool for some very casual use. I do have to play with the straps to get enough tension to not have the side of the chest gap but also not pull the back so high that I could be pregnant in the back. At 5'9", uncrossing the straps seemed to hang better in the back. Am 140 lbs, found M true to size chart. I love the deep v shaped neck and the open back. Cool and breezy for hot weather, flattering at the neck/shoulder. I got white and blue. Both are nice, that blue is so deep and delicious and cool, I love it. That and the neckline are what lured me in the first place.

Beautiful fabric and color but the cut was terrible. It was basically a bag with straps, luckily the other two things from my order turned out well :)

5'2 and 110 lbs. and the XS is a perfect fit. Hits right at my ankles making flats a possibility : ) Dress is fully lined so the white isn't see-thru and no need for an extra slip. I'm small chested and completely comfortable not wearing a bra with it. The elastic around the ribs is wide enough to be comfortable. It does wrinkle easily but I'm fine with the slightly rumpled linen look. I'd order it in blue if they still had my size.

I purchased the blue color. I love the color! The length is great... but runs large! Definitely size down to get the best shape and fit!
