Bow-front coat

I wanted to love this coat, but the fit is weird. While everything else falls into place, the area where the shoulders and sleeves meets feels small. The bow doesn't stay in place as in the pictures, and I was disappointed of the material quality, not to mention this coat was delivered with a smell. For reference, I'm 127lbs

This coat is nice for the fall, but not well insulated for the winter months. The coat also picks up a lot of lint. Coat also fits nicely and true to size. Very cute otherwise.

I spent my non-refundable (hard-earned) reward points on this item, mind you, you get it from spending on the J.Crew card. First, it arrived almost 10 days later. Second, The item was SO poorly made. I mean, get it,... it is a J.Crew Factory item, but I didn't expect the sleeves to be different lengths. YES, I measured them with my tape. DIFFERENT LENGTHS. Just unacceptable. The shoulder point are halfway my shoulders instead of the top of my arms. I get that. It may be made for people with narrow shoulders but my shoulders are NOT wide at all. I'm pretty much a 0 and XS across the board, but this one I got the 2, per reviews, I'd say it fits good everywhere else except the sleeves. Third, I had to pay to send it back! (WHAT????) or go to the Factory and return it for Free. It was a hassle and so disappointing. Bad all around. Redeemable point: I called J.Crew card about my points and they're willing to restore the points for my future purchase only if I buy on the phone.

I am a size 2 in Jcrew. This jacket runs SMALL, and is shorter than what the picture shows. I am returning it. Is a beautiful jacket, excellent materials, gorgeous design, but it doesn't fit as expected.
