Great lines but dangerous shoes
August 20, 2019These shoes are so cute, so on trend, but so so dangerous. While they give you great leg lines (elongate and slim), the platform is slightly awkward to walk in making it more of a standing shoe. And don’t even think about letting your feet sweat because you will slide out of these shoes.

Block like sandals
August 17, 2019I bought these espadrilles in hopes they would be comfy enough to wear everyday. They are not. They are difficult to walk in and are block like on the bottom which causes your gait pattern to shift to accommodate these shoes. The ankle strap rubbed my ankles on each side causing a sore from friction. They are super cute and go with everything if you don’t have to do much walking. I wouldn’t recommend them for walking any distance, I wore them to work and I sit most of the day and I had to take them off and put another pair of shoes on at lunch.

Super cute - Runs large
August 15, 2019I ordered a 9.5 my usually sandal size which is 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size. These run big. They are super cute and I've gotten a lot of compliments. If you do a lot of walking the ankle strap does cut into your skin a bit. If J. Crew makes them next season they need a bit of padding or cushion on the ankle straps. And, I am not a delicate flower type person. These hurt a little bit. If you don't plan to do a lot of walking you will be fine,

Wanted to love
July 5, 2019These shoes are super cute and well made and I really wanted to love them. Unfortunately they rubbed the back of my feet to the point that I can’t even wear them. I will try to put an insert of some sort and see if that helps. Maybe it’s my foot shape.
