Perfect bow tie to go along with the Tux

I bought this bow tie for my son and it's perfect. Having it pre-tied and adjustable for his neck width is what I needed. The quality is great too!

Based on the other reviews, I'm led to wonder whether I got the right item. My impression of the bowtie is nothing like the story told by the other ratings. The silk felt cheap and thin. The part of the tie that goes around the neck was cut noticeably crooked. And worst of all, the bow itself didn't even look like a bow despite all my efforts to help it. The bow itself seemed like it was squashed down. Note that this is pre-tied not in the sense that it's a bowtie that's been tied for you, but it's a bowtie that's made with a sewn loop of fabric around the middle of the tie. This wasn't entirely clear from the description. I have aroind a dozen self tie bowties. And even compared to my cheapest cotton bowties, this one screams cheap Halloween costume accessory. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this necktie.
