Printed dobby mini skirt

This skirt is beautiful. The pictures on line do not it justice. It is also very comfortable.

I got a 00 which is my usual size (98lbs, 5'3"). It fit comfortably in the waist with a little room which is a plus, and the length was appropriate for work or play. However, there was too much fabric to the skirt below the elastic waist, so it poofed out in front in an unattractive way. I would have to get it tailored to remove the excess fabric, which kind of negates the purpose of buying a Factory item on sale. I'm bummed because I love the pattern and style.

First, this runs large. While the pattern is cute, once you put it on the stiff fabric bubbles out from the waistline. I felt like I was wearing a burlap skirt which is a shame because I like the pattern.
