good concept, not the best execution
November 27, 2020I'm 5'10", 138#, and love how long this is. Also agree it does run large, the waist was loose in my usual medium. The whole thing though is very thin and lightweight, a bit "costume-y". The solid black underskirt (under the top tulle layer) is so thin and see through. When I stood in front of a full length mirror with a window behind me (cloudy day!) I could see right through the fabric, outline of legs, etc. I'd need a good black slip to wear under this. Seeing how this is limited use (holidays, party season), may be fine for some.

Perfect Christmas and Holiday Party Skirt!
November 26, 2020This skirt is amazing and fun with the subtle embroidered polka dots on the tulle! It will go with everything~ I'm usually always a medium, but in a medium this was roomy and sat at hip level and I want it to be at my waist, so I am exchanging the medium for a small. Love the elastic waist! Highly recommend!
