Not a true black but fits well
March 25, 2019It is NOT a true black color. Others have commented on that as well. That's disappointing to me. I wore it with black tights, and the skirt looked brown in comparison. I like the fit and fabric, but unfortunately, the color is not really what the description says.

Super cute skirt- size up for length
March 19, 2019I have this skirt in pretty much every version it comes in- I sized up on this one as I'm on the taller side and wanted to make sure that it's appropriate for work. It's very comfortable and can easily be dressed up or down.

Fun and easy skirt
February 26, 2019Loved this! My office just changed to “creative casual” dress code, so I needed to get a few more pieces in between business wear and jeans—this is perfect! Looks very flattering on, and long enough for work. Pleasantly surprised by quality.

Black isn’t true black
February 24, 2019Ordered the black but when I tried it on, something seemed off about the color. I thought maybe it was just bad bedroom lighting but even in natural light the color looks more like a really dark eggplant than black. You can also notice the off shade when compared to the true black lining material. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning to match it with other black pieces. Unfortunately it was on final sale so I can’t return it so I’ll have to pair with other colors. I’m 5’5” and the length is a little too short to be work appropriate if worn at my natural waist; it’s ok if worn with tights or worn a little lower on my waist.

Not black
February 20, 2019I love my other sidewalk skirts but this one is a huge disappointment. It is not as described - more brown-ish purple than black. Impossible to match with anything. Unfortunately bought final sale or would return immediately.
