Great bottom
August 19, 2019I bought this to go with the ruffle tankini top, since the matching ruffle bottom was a bit too much "ruffle" for me. The fit was perfect and true to size (M), and the quality is the same JCrew quality I'm used to from when I used to buy swimsuits from there. For reference, I"m 5'8" and 138-140lbs.

loose fit for swimming
August 15, 2019In the past I have exclusively worn J.Crew swim though recently have struggled to find the same great fit I have enjoyed for years. I experienced the same with this bottom in black size M which is a bit loose for boogie boarding or ocean swimming. It puckers a bit rather than a smooth fit. I'm keeping it as I have been so desperate for a black bikini bottom but will continue to look. I miss the lowrider style - bring it back please!

Gorgeous but...
January 25, 2019After only two days of wear, the bottoms have stretched so much I cant wear them anymore this trip. Yes, I’ve been in the sea in them and the plunge pool - because they are bikini bottoms - but what’s happening is that the fabric is baggy and they look like those frilly undies little kids wear over their diapers at the pool. Shame. Same is happening with another one.
