Excellent Special Occasion Dinner Jacket
May 5, 2025This jacket is everything I hoped it would be! The cotton velvet on this is perfect (so many velvet jackets are actually polyester and incredibly uncomfortable to wear; not to mention terrible environmentally.) This jacket can go from incredibly formal, black tie-adjacent with tuxedo pants to rock and roll cool casual with grey jeans. Sizing is good; I'm a 36" chest and got a 36R and it fits perfectly without any need for tailoring. Overall, highly recommend!

March 23, 2023I love this- it's got the feel of an old-school smoking jacket, but cut as a suit jacket, so I can wear it on the daily. It's got a great hue & sheen, and is a real attention-getter. It wears well throughout the day, and serves as both a casual jacket and a great piece for dinner. It's perfect, too, for dressing up a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Highly recommended!
