Poor Quality/Runs Small
November 28, 2022I purchased two t-shirts for my boys. The shirts ran small, so I returned the t-shirts for a refund back on November 15, 2022. I was told it is taking three weeks to issue a refund. Had I known it would take three weeks to get my money back, I would have driven to a local store for an immediate return. I am very disappointed with J Crew Factory. Also, the quality of the shirts is not as nice as they have been in the past and they were not as soft. I will think twice now before purchasing from J Crew Factory in the future as the quality and customer experience is not up to par.

Very poorly made shirt
December 21, 2021This shirt is so thin and poorly made it’s literally see-through. I expected much better from J. Crew. Seems they’ve gone way down hill in product quality.
