Polka-dot cover-up shirt-dress

Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase, but I was disappointed with how thin the material was. It is not sheer, but fairly see-thru. I know it's not branded as a dress, but was hoping to wear it as one. I will have to settle for wearing it as a beach coverup. Plus it's a bit short (on me, but I'm quite tall) for a dress. Would never have paid full price for this. Fit is true to size. I am a S, but got a M, hoping the sleeves would be longer(they weren't), so I wear them rolled up and it looks fine..as a coverup or with a pair of pants with a cami underneath. The M was a bit big through the body, but I expected that since I'm usually a S.
