In order to prioritize the health and safety of our associates and customers, we have put new protocols in place to increase cleaning and maintain social distancing. We’ve also made changes to our in-store services, and we will continue to suspend all in-person events.What stores are open? How are you keeping your employees safe there?We follow the CDC's guidelines with regular deep cleanings of the facility, and our team wipes down all high-touch surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant. We practice social distancing by reducing the number of people in the facility through shifts and dividing breaks across teams. We maintain six feet between workstations at all times. For any team members who may be sick or feeling ill, we require them to stay home.Should I expect a delay with my order?You may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution for the teams in our distribution centers, and this may temporarily slow down processing.Will your return policy change?Due to the current circumstances, we are extending our return and exchange period to 60 days for all orders placed starting March 1st, 2020. Please allow additional time for your return to be processed.
