Three-quarter-sleeve chevron-stitch sweater

This looked like a neat knit (chevron weave at neck), and is a neutral color which I always love. Ordered a S, I'm 5'6, 128lbs and it is a roomy fit almost boxy, with a more fitted hem that hits at or just above the hip. If you like cable knits or organic cotton you'll love it. It is cotton, and not as soft as I hoped, being more of that raw cottony feel if that makes sense. I washed it and dried it (on low--drying is not recommended on label) with fabric softener, hoping to make it softer but it didn't improve much. If you lay it flat to dry you should be good, but a hanger is going to stretch it, and risky to dry low heat (but I was able to reshape easily with a few gentle pulls). If it were softer I'd give it 5 stars.

I bought this sweater for my daughter in navy and she is really loving it. She is 5'6" about 130 and a medium fit her nicely. She loves the quality and the softness of the sweater. She is a busy mom and really likes 3/4 length sleeves and likes that she can go from mom chores in the house to run errands without changing. It also washes up nicely in gentle cycle cold water and partial drying and hang to finish.
